Counter Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, it must include:

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Bizmart.ae reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers or those who repeatedly submit false claims.
