Saudi Arabia earned global praise for its digital efforts. It ranked second worldwide on the World Bank’s GovTech Maturity Index, scoring 99.64%. Other indicators show a diverse and growing economy. Non-oil exports rose by 32.3%. E-commerce sales hit SAR30.7 billion in October, a 68% increase from the previous year. The number of industrial facilities grew to over 12,000, up from 8,822 in 2019.

Healthcare has also advanced. King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre ranked first in the Middle East for oncology and orthopaedics. The hospital introduced a 3D-printing technique to treat inner ear disorders, showing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to medical progress.

Saudi Arabia’s achievements reached beyond its borders. It signed $160 million in development loans with Mauritania for water and electricity projects. The kingdom set a Guinness World Record for storing 95 tonnes of seasonal seeds. It also earned accreditation for two Dark Sky Reserves in AlUla, Sharaan, and Wadi Nakhlah, supporting environmental protection.
