Emirates special gifts December

This December, Emirates passengers flying in Economy and Premium Economy classes are in for a special treat. The airline is offering complimentary reusable amenity kits for long-haul flights worldwide. This initiative marks a commitment to providing extra value to passengers while promoting sustainability.

The amenity kits, made from eco-friendly materials like cactus-based bio-plastics, form part of a collectable range that highlights endangered species. Emirates has partnered with United for Wildlife to spotlight the urgent need for wildlife protection.

Wildlife-Themed Designs

Each kit features hand-drawn artwork representing different ecosystems, including sea, sky, forest, and desert habitats. The kits come with story cards detailing endangered species such as African grey parrots, Arabian oryx, Bengal tigers, and green sea turtles.

“These kits celebrate the diverse wildlife of the world,” Emirates said, pointing out that the project aims to raise awareness of over 20 species, including pangolins and peregrine falcons, that are threatened by trafficking.

Premium Economy Passengers Get Skincare and More

This year, Premium Economy passengers will receive an upgraded amenity kit, featuring a wrist strap and Aveda plant-powered skincare for the first time since 2021. The kit includes a variety of high-quality items designed for comfort, such as soft socks, eyeshades, earplugs, a Colgate dental kit, lip balm, hand cream, and face lotion—all in sustainable packaging made from recycled polyester and managed forests.

These kits will be available on overnight long-haul flights and feature artwork of species like glass frogs and manta rays, accompanied by facts about these endangered creatures.

Economy Class Comfort Packs

Economy class passengers will also receive a special gift. The colourful kits contain eco-friendly essentials like socks, eyeshades, earplugs, and dental supplies. Each kit is accompanied by a story card educating passengers about the endangered species, including Arabian gazelles, Bornean orangutans, and Cape vultures.

Emirates encourages passengers to collect all kits as part of their ongoing commitment to raising awareness of wildlife conservation.
